Travelling from Gatwick / London Heathrow Airport
Your easiest and cheapest option is to take a coach from Gatwick Airports to Stansted Airport.
Visit www.nationalexpress.com for timetables and prices.
Then from Stansted Airport you can either take a taxi (10 minute journey) or take a local train from the Airport terminal one stop to Stansted Mountfitchet station (5 minute journey).
Travelling from Stansted Airport
You can either take a taxi (just under a 10 minute journey) from the terminal to Chimneys, or alternatively you can catch a London bound train from the airport terminal which stops at Stansted Mountfitchet (5 minute journey).
Please note that not all trains stop in the village.
